An introduction from Georgiana.
A short film on how I work and who I work with.
Not just training. The kind that makes the difference between being understood and being heard.
This is where personal growth meets tailored guidance for a life that actually feels like yours. I have spent years working with people through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives, and what I have come to believe is simple. Growth happens when we leave our comfort zone. It happens when we move through adversity, loss, heartbreak. Every hard thing carries an opportunity inside it, even when that feels impossible to see.
My work draws on my own methodologies alongside accredited training in life coaching, NLP and CBT. Every session is shaped around you. Where you are right now, what you are facing, and what you actually need to move forward.
A short film on how I work and who I work with.
In my work as a life coach I am always mindful that I am the product of my own journey. I am as vulnerable as anyone to the same kind of worries, confusions, heartbreaks and lack of confidence that my clients walk in with. That is exactly where the empathy comes from. Not from a textbook. Not from a clinical posture. From having been on the other side of the chair, and having done the work to come out the other end.
Most therapy is gentle and open-ended by design, and there is real value in that for some people. But many of the clients who find their way to me have already had years of gentle and open-ended. What they need now is something different. Someone who will say what she sees. Ask the question that has not been asked. Challenge the conclusions that quietly do not hold up.
That is the work I do. Honest, structured, and always moving toward something real, whether that is a clear decision, a rebuilt relationship, a stronger sense of self, or simply a quieter mind.
Sessions are held in person in London, or online via secure video for clients elsewhere in the UK and around the world. Everything we discuss is held in strict confidence.
“There really is something very special about a conversation with Georgiana. It is almost like she can see straight into your soul. So forget what you think you know about therapy when you make an appointment with her.”
