It’s a relaxed 30 to 45 minute chat by phone or video, with no charge and no obligation. We talk about where you are and whether my way of working feels right for you. If it does, we agree next steps. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you honestly and, where I can, suggest someone who might suit you better.

Both. A lot of my work is with couples, whether they’re in crisis, preparing for marriage or wanting to communicate better. I also work with individuals on confidence, anxiety, big decisions, separation and finding direction.

Sessions are held at my practice in Fulham, London. Online sessions over secure video are available if that suits you better.

It depends on what you’re working on. The 60-Day Programme is twelve sessions for couples or individuals facing a crisis. Ongoing sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, for as long as they help. After our first session, you’ll have a clear sense of the way forward.

I’m an accredited life coach, NLP practitioner and CBT practitioner, and I use whichever approach suits you best. I’ll listen carefully, gently point out patterns and focus on practical change, always with warmth.

Fees depend on whether we’re working individually, as a couple, or through the 60-Day Programme. I’ll talk you through pricing openly on the free call, so you can decide with no pressure.

Yes. Many couples start with one partner, and change in a relationship often begins with one person.

Many people tell me that. My sessions are practical and focused on change: I’ll share what I notice and give you tools to use straight away. If after our first call you feel it isn’t right for you, I’ll say so honestly.
